Eligible Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases of:
- Duplicate charges
- Verified technical billing error
Ineligible Refunds
No refunds are granted for:
- Lack of traffic
- Lack of sales
- Listing removal due to policy violations
- Voluntary cancellation
